Cancellation and date change policy

How can I change the date or cancel a reservation?

To cancel or change it is necessary that you send us an email with your request. In case of date changes, it will be necessary for you to tell us a new available date. The change or cancellation will have been made when you receive an email confirming it.

Can I leave a reservation without a date?

It is not possible to leave a reservation openned, without a date. If you cannot come on the day of your reservation, it is necessary that you send us an email with a new available date so that we can make the change. Otherwise, the date change is not made.

Cancellation policy

In case of cancellation, giving notice more than one week in advance, 90% of the amount paid is returned, notifying between one week and 3 days before 50% and 3 days before or less, nothing is refunded. To request cancellation send please email


If, on the contrary, it is Basoa Suites who is forced to cancel the reservation, even for reasons beyond our control such as weather, pandemics, etc., Basoa Suites will offer affected clients the choice between choosing another date at the same previously reserved rate or receiving the refund of 100% of the amount paid. In the event that the cancellation by Basoa Suites occursbetween the same day and three days before the reserved date, the affected client will be offered the following options: choose another date at the same previously reserved rate, receive a 100% refund of the amount paid or find a reservation with similar characteristics in another accommodation.


When more than a year has passed since the purchase made at Basoa Suites, there will no longer be the possibility of a refund, but there will be an exchange under the conditions previously indicated.

Date change policy

Free date changes can be requested, as long as notice is given one week or more in advance of the reservation date. Notifying between a week and 3 days, the change will be penalized with 50% of the value of the reservation and the change will not be allowed if it is requested 3 days before or with less time. Can you go with pets?

Pets are not allowed in the suites.

How many people can stay in a suite?

All our suites have a maximum capacity of two people and the minimum age is of 8 years old.

I see that I can only book for two people, can we go 3 or more paying an increase?

All our suites have a maximum capacity of two people, without exceptions and the minimum age is 8 years.

Are there breakfasts / dinners adapted for celiacs?

Yes. If you are celiac or also if you have intolerances or allergies, let us know and we will adapt them.

Are there breakfasts / dinners for vegetarians / vegans?

Breakfasts can be adapted for vegetarians and vegans. Let us know in advance of your booking date by writing to As for dinners, there is a vegetarian option, but we do NOT have a vegan option (for now).

Do the houses have electricity, Wifi or plugs?

The suites do not have plugs or electricity and we will provide some led lamps at the entrance.

Where are the showers rooms?

The showers are located in the reception building, Casa Amati, which is between 50 and 500 m away (depending on the suite) from the room. Soap, towels and hairdryer are provided in them.

How can I book the dinner and how do I pay for it?

You can make the dinner reservation together with the reservation of the stay on the website.

You can also write to us at or answer any of the reservation confirmation emails that have arrived requesting the dinner you want to hire. Dinner payment is made at Basoa Suites on the day you check out, in this case.

Breakfast is included?

Yes, breakfast is included in all reservations. Also in reservations made by gift cards.

What is the breakfast menu?

Breakfast has a wide variety of products and we try to keep it a secret to make it a surprise. If you have any type of allergy or intolerance, you can tell us by writing to and we will adapt as much as possible.

Do the Suites have running water, showers or bathtubs?

The suites do not have running water. You will find a bottle of water to drink and there is also a sink with a jug in all suites for washing up.

Can I book a dinner later?

You can reserve a dinner or any extra at the same time you make the reservation, or if you are not still sure, you can also reserve any extra, up to one day before your arrival date, by emailing us at or using the contact form.

Gift cards

Do gift cards have to be dated?

Yes. You need to choose an available date to make a gift card. People who receive the card can make a date change free of charge, as long as they notify at least one week in advance of the date they had.

Check in / check out

The entry time is from 4:00 p.m. and until 8:30 p.m. you can enter whenever you want without warning. If you are going to arrive later, please notify us the same day at reception 948 372 221.

Can I book now and pay later?

To confirm the reservation it is necessary to pay the reservation.

Can you make me a reservation by phone that I don't know how to do it?
